Thank you for shopping at Cashmerenature Our online shop provides unique fashion product from our independent designers back by high quality material and reliable production. Our members of QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.
Note:
1.Please pack it well to avoid damage during the transportation.
2.Please write down your order number and invoice ID（Optional） on a small paper and put the paper in the package.
3.Please do kindly understand that if the product is damaged during the transportation, we will deduct a portion of the money.
4.Please provide us with the tracking number when you return the product. Besides, if the shipping information shows delivered, but we still don't issue refund to you. Please let us know.
We will deal with it immediately once we receive your email.
Fast Refund:
Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with original label back to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Return Policy
-All Purchase can be returned within 7 days from the delivered date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

-Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return.
-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
Fast Refund:We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Kind reminder: Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
Exchange policy :
All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
