Q: What if I need to change my personal information?
A: Please make sure any change of contact information like delivery address, email address and phone number to support@mocoposto.com before shipment.

Q: What if I want to change or cancel my order?
A: Any cancellation and change on the order please email us within 24 hours after placing the order otherwise we cannot cancel or change.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal payments and credit cart.

Q: When will my order be processed?
A: We have warehouses all over the world, so all orders are handled and shipped according to the customer’s address nearby. Orders will be processed within 24 hours and all orders are shipped out within 5 business days.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Shipment will arrive in 10-20 business days.


Q: What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
A: Please email us within 48 hours after delivery otherwise we can’t offer refund.

Q: Will shipment fees be covered for my returns?
A: All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
